Signco Designs provides a convenient way to produce full-color heat-applied transfers for light and dark garments and more! No minimum order requirement and unlimited color options (full-color, photo quality). You can apply our digital transfers to any color garment (cotton, cotton/poly blends, 100% polyester, and even hard surfaces like wood and metal).
All you need is a good-quality heat press, creative designs, and digital heat transfers provided by Signco Designs!
We keep our pricing simple. Fit as much or as little as you want on each sheet

PRICING:
Price is PER SHEET, select your sheet size and then the total number of sheets you would like to order.
**Remember, you can fit as much as you can on the available print area per sheet and have different files to fulfill your order (you must provide the print ready files)

PRINTER:
State-of-the-art tabloid laser printer utilizing CYAN, MAGENTA, YELLOW, and WHITE inks to give you a full range of color options
EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES NEEDED:
HEAT PRESS:
We recommend name-brand heat presses like Hotronix and George Knight, but as long as your heat press has good pressure and maintains a consistent temperature across the platen, you should be good to go!
*an iron CAN NOT be used to apply these transfers (including "iron-like" presses, ie Cricut Mini Press)
PARCHMENT PAPER:
Parchment paper is used to protect your heat press and for the proper finishing of the transfer. We provide parchment on EVERY order!
(EACH SHEET LASTS APPROXIMATELY 50 PRESSES)
APPLICATION:
Our transfers work on a wide range of items including Cotton, Polyester (and blends), Non-woven/Polypropylene, Neoprene, Book Covers, Nylon, Wood, and Metal
If it fits under your heat press our transfers will stick!

ART REQUIREMENTS:
Vector transparent background file only. All fonts and strokes should be converted to shapes/curves/outlines and colors should be 100% with no transparencies. Color profiles should be set as CMYK, not RGB. Vector file formats are preferred, be sure to have your art set up how you want it printed on the sheet size you are ordering. No adjustments will be made to the artwork submitted and will be printed as sent.
Ensure that all fonts are converted to lines or "outline" (see art requirement link below) and ALL aspects of the file(s) are VECTOR (preferred) or transparent PNG (NO JPG element)
All black should be composite black (C=100, M=100, Y=100, K=100). Fine lines should be no less than 1pt thick for vector and 2pt thick for raster.

ORDERING:
Please ensure you have explored the above links and have artwork that meets our ART REQUIREMENTS (above)
Vector or 300dpi bitmap/raster with a transparent background file only. All fonts and strokes should be converted to shapes/curves/outlines and colors should be 100% with no transparencies. Color profiles should be set as CMYK, not RGB. Files should be submitted print-ready (Vector Preferred). Leave enough space between graphics to allow for proper trimming.
*If sending a bitmap/raster design ensure that a clipping mask has been created around the design in which you want to print, if you cannot this is the ONLY step that we will perform to prep the file*

Once you place your order there will be a link to upload your file(s) via a form on our website in your order confirmation. Be sure to complete this ASAP so your order can begin processing.
The artwork will be printed exactly as you send it, please be sure to have the colors/transparencies/size accurate and meets the art requirements.
