This Transfer Size is 11" x 14" and is available in quantities of 20/40/60/80/100 SHEETS, but if you're needing less than 20 Sheets we also offer No Minimum. Please visit our NO MINIMUM Listing HERE.
Sublimation Transfers are used to print on 100% white or light Polyester material or products that have a specialized coating made for sublimation. The image from the transfer is dyed into the fabric/product using a heat press. Sublimation can only be printed on white and light-colored products and prints in CMYK without white ink, this means it cannot be printed on dark-colored products or 100% COTTON.
Products (such as t-shirts) that have a lower polyester count (ie, 65/35 blend, 50/50 blend) can adhere to the polyester portion of the shirt itself. What does this mean? This means that the print will not have 100% vibrancy on the garment but it WILL give it a really awesome “vintage” look.
Think of it like this: 100% polyester = 100% of the ink dyes the fabric, 65% polyester = 65% of the ink dyes the fabric, 50% polyester = 50% of the ink dyes the fabric…
KNOW BEFORE YOU ORDER:
* Sublimation Transfers can ONLY be applied to Polyester Material and/or Products that are formulated for Sublimation.
* Sublimation Transfers are printed without WHITE ink and WILL NOT WORK on dark-colored garments or COTTON
* Sublimation Transfers REQUIRE A HEAT PRESS. Preferably with accurate temperate and pressure throughout the heat platen.
* We are a print service, you supply the graphics and we print them, simple!
* We do NOT edit or gang your designs to print. You MUST provide your own "Ready to Print" files.
* Our turnaround time is 2-3 business days (Not including weekends or holidays) + 2-4 days for shipping through USPS (Wide-Format Roll Printing Ships USPS Priority and is priced accordingly)

ART REQUIREMENTS :
* Vector or 300dpi bitmap/raster. All fonts and strokes should be converted to shapes/curves/outlines. Color profiles should be set as CMYK, not RGB.
* Files we accept: SVG, EPS, AI, PSD, PDF, PNG & JPEG. Please do not Reverse/Mirror Image, we will do that for you. Please set up your artwork to fit on the sheet size you select when ordering. If you have several "different" images that need to go on a transfer, they will need to be "Ganged" before you send your files. We do not print "borderless", and require .25 margin from the edge of the transfer on all sides. If your image(s) are to close they will be adjusted to fit within these margins.
* Please NOTE: If there is ANY WHITE in your design is will be the color of your substrate as dye sublimation does not allow the printing of white ink. (Check out or Digitrans product which uses CMYK + white toner to print full color and white on any type of fabric and color substrate)

Once you place your order there will be a link to upload your file(s) via a form on our website in your order confirmation. Be sure to complete this ASAP so your order can begin processing.
The artwork will be printed exactly as you send it, please be sure to have the colors/transparencies/size accurate and meets the art requirements.
